I need a recommendation

The xbox controller's dpad is horrible. Half the time when I try to jump toward someone it jumps straight up. I cant buffer moves while in a crouched position either. Instant air projectiles are nearly impossible as well. Can someone recommend a good adapter so that I can use my ps3 controller on xbox? Thanks guys.

Also, most would probably recommend you get a ps2 pad and a ps2 -> 360 converter. Alternately you can get a xbox fight stick. Look around in that forum, there's lots of questions already like this.
