She would destroy Kenshi with your proposed changes. If she had three bars she would block infinite the whole cast basically a free 30% ala Quan Chi.
He deserves it :)
The most she could do with 3 bars is 23f2 3 times, which does 5% chip, 15% total.

Yeah, that's true. Around 25% for 3 bars, still not as broken as Quan.

- B2 and EX Ice Beam must have armor.
- Slide should go through fireballs.

Scorpion:
-Better poke, cuz using him is risky as fuck.

Reptile:
- His dash should be -100000000000 on block :p, just kidding, make it really unsafe, full combo punishable,

Kabal:
- Is only able to cancel his EX Run, can not be able to cancel his normal Run move. Srsly, it makes him godlike.

Liu Kang:
- Bring back his old damage scaling.

And buff some other weak chars like Sheeva, Kano, who i don't give a fuck about.

And if you guys can bring Vita costumes to PC, DO IT!!!

I can't remember Kang's old damage scaling. Did he do more damage ?

Smoke would:

• Lose resets
• Small hitbox
• SB does 0.75%-1% chip
• B23 now 0 on block to allow for better confirming in certain scenarios. Also B23~SB now jails similarly to 214~SB
• Fix the hitbox on SB so that it doesn't whiff when the opponent is in certain animations (long d4's, Kabal buzzsaw, etc.)

I'd nerf Kabal's iAGBs for the rushdown and 2~NDC so the high hitboxes have a chance, but buff his B121 string so that it is a true mid vs. the entire cast and cannot be interrupted.

Sonya would be nerfed to the floor :coffee:

Kenshi would see an Ex SC nerf on it's block properties.

Buff a shitload of the low tiers

Thats about it....

Scorpion - Teleport is -4 on block with 12 start up frames and is an overhead when done from the air. 111 hits mid. d3 is + 12 on crouch and +4 on standing hit, neutral on block. d4 is i9, and +9 on hit and 0 on block. Spear is no longer punishable on whiff from full screen. f3 can be cancelled into spear, hell fire can be cancelled into from normals for traps, has more start up frames naked and can be dash cancelled/charged when enhanced. Also UMK3 costume and movie costume.

Sub Zero -
Welcome Back EX GF Reset. EXClone stays on screen when SZ is hit. Slide is -7 on block and is a true crush(goes under all projectiles/high attacks), ex version launches high enough for opponent to be caught by a well timed ice ball in the corner. 2 hits MID ON EVERYONE. 22 is +8 on block. d1 is +2 on hit. b121/4 can no longer be jumped/poked out of on block and are safe. b121 grants a legit safe jump. b2 can be cancelled in to ice ball on hit. Double freeze penalty from MK2 is back. Ice ball does 1% chip. Ground freeze can be dash cancelled. He has the tombstone tele from MKDC, ice shower from MK3, d4 is 7f and +9. Suck it.

EX Teleport is now similar to Scorpion's
Ermac's hitbox is smaller during air blast, his leg doesn't stick out inviting opponent to hit it

I would mod GGA 16 Bit Body and face into Kitana

GGA Dizzy as cage

Perfect Legend as Lao

Death as some bald monk in the back of the garden

Sub zero would officially be Tom Brady face and when he loses you hear "Mannnnnnn" and anytime he freezes someone in the corner it would say "Welcome to SHORYUKEN'S PRISON"

I would make GGA pimpimjim sektor costume 2 and he would head bang when he shoots missles

I would make Sonya into GamerBlake90

I would buff Sheeva for jeremiah and give her stomp cancels and make overthing she does an overhead or low

I would make Cyrax self destruct anytime he opened his chest

My changes:

Shang:
-second hit of soul steal is not blockable if the first part hits.
-Shang can move and block while he is morphing back
-Slight increase on F+4's range
-More cancel advantage on F4

Cyrax:
-Bombs will not blow you up if you get hit by a 2nd net in a combo
-Net cannot be 2 in1 ed from D4 (would remove his corner infinite against Shang)
- Saw is more negative on block
-Phantom hit box on 1,2 is lessened.

Smoke:
-Resets are removed
-B2 is at slight disadvantage on block
-Invisibility bug is fixed
-Smoke bomb is more punishable on block

Jax:
-Random advantage is removed from F4
- His projectile is nerfed back to what it was
-Decreased range on both dash punches
-Gotcha grab has more recovery frames

Kenshi:
- EX SC is now +3 on block
- SC has no push back on block
-B2 is slightly negative on block

Kabal:
-Saw takes more frames to be active
-He can no longer cancel EX nomad dash
-Standing 2~NDC is much less advantage on block

Sonya
-cartwheel becomes -6 on block
-Her projectile has slightly more recovery
