How fast are certain characters?

I noticed there's no thread on here that's based on how quick a character is...so how do we know how fast certain characters walk or dash? If so, how fast, or slow?

*NOT INCLUDING SPECIAL MOVES INTO THIS THREAD IF WE CAN HELP IT.
