Tech Green Lantern combo end with presion OTG

I dont know if this is the best way to use the OTG hits...any idea to end?

i was thinking in end the combo with F2D13 Machin gun (MB) to chip.

Dash up and 50/50 them with b+1 and f+3.

How are you OTGing with forward 2? I try and all it does is hit them as the fall, it does not force them to stand. Is there a specific timing, and if so can you give me a general idea of what it is? Or can the OTG only be done after that specific string?
