Game freezes at menu screen on Xbox One

Hi Guys,

Wanted to check if any of you is having a problem with MKX on Xbox One.

Everything was so smooth, but since the Jason release I have been experiencing random freezes in-game. Where the game freezes for 20-30 seconds then resumes. But after the Tanya release/installation, I cannot seem to get passed the menu options screen after the game loads and it freezes there indefinitely till I reboot. Which then brings me back to same freeze - basically I haven't been able to play any MKX on my Xbox One since June 2nd!

I have tried:
- Re-installing full game
- Re-installing add-ons/DLCs
- Reboot
- Hard reboot

Any tips & advice would be appreciated.

Ive had to restart the game multiple times because the game froze on startup screen and i have to reinstall kombat pack each time to be able to play with dlc.
Recently i cant choose tanya anymore, even after trying to reinstall kombat pack.
Other then that it works fine i guess...
