When I was ~nine I watched an unidentified cartoon where the villain had a large, not very talkative sidekick named Torr (or at least that was what it sounded like), whom he routinely yelled at. When his plans went awry (which they inevitably did, since it was a typical children's show), he naturally blamed his minion, venting his impotent rage with a screech of "TORRRRRRR!!!"

That is what I will always associate with that name (which, BTW, means "dry" in Swedish).
