Kenshi definitely just fell down even more the tier list but honestly no one gives a shit . 2-3 of his changes were fixes. Character will ROT over time. There's no reason for anyone to main Kenshi now and there's definitely no reason for a Kenshi loyalist to travel.

I think standing 2 being a high now instead of a mid is kind of a big nerf.

Punches and shatters being now 21f instead is good, but not enough to make him dumb. Same as the zoning recovery, they still have long start ups.
