MK9's Kitana, Noob Saibot, and of course the king of all gibberish: MK9's Quan Chi. Pure Kreygasm material.

The only thing that comes close to that epicness is Kotal's "On your knees," but that's not gibberish so...

Lol D'vorah has some pretty silly sounding stuff during matches. Qaun Chi's gibberish when you select him and variation is good, you know when he says "Ohh whaaa baaa cheee aww! and crushes the green skull.

Even though the game was ass, MK4 gibberish is probably the best, only rivaled by 3d MK gibberish.
I don't know why Quan Chi doesn't have his old skull sound anymore.
