i don't think so. i'm not sure exactly, but i've tech rolled and then used a wakeup to dodge something (for instance tech rolling off of a kabal knockdown and using wakeup SS to dodge a buzzsaw) before

Yes. The roll gets the invincibility and the wake-up attack is vulnerable.
