YES , i find it weird they ignore new chars. so much , it's fine to give the old characters thier old costumes, but i was really hoping i see new ones! Like jaquis costumes but NOPE her alt is just her taking her jacket off?

Idk why but when characters have great costumes they make them more interesting to play .

ESL on Wednesday, Compton said something similar. One of the top 16 lost and he didn't change characters or variations, he changed costumes. "Sometimes, for whatever reason doing a costume change can "help" the player fight better"

They have to establish their popularity before the devs will invest their resources. Which is probably why Scorpion has 7 costumes.
