Your meterless one is the same as mine, but my one meter is 38%:

b12, walk forward f23 XX df2~MB, 212 XX db2~u - 38%, 1 meter
 
I think ending in Bola into vortex is a better idea.
Bat Evade 3 guarantees a free jump in against most wakeups, so I guess it might be more of a bully tactic in certain matchups. Kinda similar concept of Catwoman's 1 Forward 2 vortex. Bola reset's better by a long shot, but this could be used for bullying tactics.

Last combo I posted with Bola reset ender:

AA Smoke Bomb MB, dash forward Back 3 , Jump 2, Down 2 xx Bola, Jump 2, 111 (22%). Could still be improved, but I'm content with having this ez pz combo off a great anti-air that barely loses to the best jump-ins.

That'll work. Wish our meterless stuff was better but meh, we get vortex off of it.
b12, b2u3, d2 XX bf1, dash b3, j3, f2 XX db2~u - 32%, dunno if it can be optimized further. This one is tough but doable on all character sizes, it seems.

Edited with slight optimization.

I cannot get that bolo to hit from this variation. It had been bothering me. I'll just grind it harder, at least I know it's possible.

The most important factor is the timing of the b2u3. You need it basically ASAP, then a fast d2 XX bf1 will connect. Also, I just swapped in a late j3 for the j2 and it upped the damage to 32%.

b2u3, b2u3, j2, f21 XX df2~MB, f21 XX db2~u is 41%, midscreen, 1 meter, confirmed to work even on small characters.
b12, 212 XX df2~MB, 212 XX db2~u is 36%, midscreen, 1 meter, also confirmed to work on smalls.

Her db2 special has three variations, one where you hold nothing after the db2, one where you hold up, and one where you hold down. The one where you hold up does significantly more damage, so it is desirable for ending combos where damage is the priority. Incidentally, none of them cause techable knockdown, even though db2~d looks like it would, so its only purpose would be throwing it out as a mixup I guess.

Here's a combo route in the corner:

f+212 > f+212 > f+212 > 2 xx DB2 (U3) (36%)
f+212 > f+21 > f+21 > f+212 xx DB2 (U3) (36%) - this seems to work better off of other juggles.

You might not be able to land this string after certain juggles, but I'm going to guess f+21 and f+212 are vital in her corner combos. I haven't found anything better.
What's db2u3? I know db2u and b2u3 but no DB2U3. Explain plz, I can't get your corner combo at all and 45% sounds amazing to me.

Just wanted to point out a combo route for people to mess with:

(MB Bola/MB Redemption/whatever), B3, J2, B2 U3, 2 xx DB2U

It does about the same damage as J3, 2 1 2 xx DB2U, so it's not super practical, but I think there's potential for more damage there.

Was messing with f21xxdb2u f23 f23 and I couldn't land it at all. What I found was a much easier combo that actually nets 1% more. Not much more damage but it's 100x easier, f21xxdb2u f21 f21 f21 f212xxdf2 46% corner meterless.

It's 47 if the ending is f21 xx db2u instead.

I did a variation of this combo, I didn't see that it was posted already before I uploaded my video. Here it is anyway for visuals :p Yours does more damage.
First Combo: JI2, B2+U3, B2+U3, D2 xx DB3+1 (26% without first JI2)
Second Combo: JI2, B2+U3, JI2, F13 xx DF2 MB, F212 xx DB2+D (40% without first JI2)

EDIT! Actually! I found out that there's a variation of that that does 41% as well.
B2+U3, JI2, F13 xx DF2 MB, F21 xx DB2+U (41%)

If you were to open with JI2, then you'd have to do DB2+D at the end, and it only increases to 37%
Awesome! J2 has no effect on the combo gravity and I had no trouble landing the full thing for 39%
