General/Other B1 hitbox

So today I got a bit mashy and accidentally hit B1 as a scorpion did takedown, and the takedown whiffed completely. It will surely then beat all D3s and maybe D4s, it also may be worth testing versus low starters such as liu kangs B3.

It may have just been a hitbox glitch or something else. Regardless though you would be much better off just blocking instead of trying to throw out B1. The move is incredibly unsafe and will leave you open for full combo if you miss or if they recover faster.
