Tech - Cyrax Anti-breaker/Anti-tech-throw tech

In this video, I have the AI set to: Beaker Mode ON and Throw Break Mode ON.

So let's say your trying to close out a round and your opponent has enough meter to break OR wants to tech your throw.

This will solve both problems.

It's unlikely that your opponent will think to tech your throw twice in a row, but either way, this negates whatever your opponent does.

If he already used a net, then NO. If he still has a net to use, then YES. That would only happen if the person was standing on the bomb and you ran up and grabbed them on the bomb... then saved the net for after.
