I have noticed that cyborg's 2~sd doesn't combo on a crouching opponent. They recover on hit quicker when crouched so they are able to take the hit of 2 but still block the SD. I use 2-sd in neutral situations a lot and this diminishes it's use somewhat.

Not a massive thing, but it's something that obviously shouldn't be the way it is so I thought I'd make a note of it on the forums so hopefully NRS can be made aware of it.

Has anyone else found anomalies like this? If so make a note of it here please.

Standing 2 itself need significant buffs to make it viable. It is his only fast hitting mid and it is -4 on block and -2 on hit.....
Also B1 (11 frames) hits mid but wiffs on many charecters

I may make a thread discussing what could make Cyborg a top 5 charecter. Hopefully NRS will listen!

it seriously need a buff since standing 2 is negative ON HIT so when it hits the opponent recovers before the SD hits. There is only one way that it will combo and is if the opponent tries to poke out with a crouching attack, like d1 / d3. It is weird, isn't it? I hope they fix it.
