Brady's attitude has changed since his SCR commentary with Rip and Aris. He seems to have calmed down and is having fun with MK again. I would really like Brady and Aris with almost like guest spots.

Aris because he acts like a kid and keeps it fun. He doesn't try to make things too professional with a cheap suit that doesn't fit and treats it like two guys playing a video game.

Then you switch guest commentators every couple of matches so we get insight from many current players. A lot of people are good and can each inform viewers in different ways.

I really hope Ketchup and Mustard can make it to EVO this year, because they are by far the best NRS commentators. Even besides them, I think the NRS scene has some strong representatives who can handle commentary. If you guys are interested, make sure to send your commentary reels to Chris Ceglia on twitter. Don't make excuses about who's commentating YOUR game, step up and get it done so you can't have any complaints!

Ketchup and mustard deliver a nice balance between knowledge, hype and accessibility for casuals. Basically all you could want. That being said I really hope both of them make top 8 so they might not be able to

I think K&M are pretty much 100% the commentators that NRS deserves. They've proven themselves to be informative, entertaining, and loyal to MK throughout the ESL tournaments and would surely bring all of the hype to EVO.

I think UltraDavid can pretty much commentate any fighting game, Aris is always hilarious, and, by golly, I just miss 16BIT so much.

I think my dream MK casting would be:

Top 8: The Twins
Top 16: 16BIT & UltraDavid
Top 32: Aris & KP
Everything else: Anybody else from the NRS scene that knows how to commentate.

Kitanaprime is my favorite commentator. This is an unpopular opinion, maybe? I've watched all majors and some regionals/locals for this game.

Others who i'm always glad to hear on the mic are K&M and Darth Arma. Sonicfox is dope too when he gets on the mic in pools, not because he's a great commentator, but because he always shares knowledge.

i have the same top 4, plus flipkev but ive never seeen him on mk.

After reading through the thread, it seems like many share my opinion about Kitanaprime. He's great on the mic. Brings hype + is in tune with the meta of the game and the community.

I'd 100% vote for him to commentate at EVO, or any other major.

I like Aris or Ultradavid, plus 16bit, Ketchup, Mustard, KP, or Wonderchef.

Brady can be great but he's too high risk for Evo, as he always has a 50% chance of him spiralling downward into a spiteful, self loathing rage. Think he can only be considered if his partner is Aris or Flipkev as they would be able to lighten the tone and drag him out of it.

I have enormous respect for DJT as a player but his commentary is inane. It can honestly be replicated by recording someone randomly alternating between saying "MOPPED", "STAHHHP", and "BRUH". Even if you're someone who finds that funny you must realise that anyone outside the NRS community would be massively confused and/or annoyed. Not appropriate for Evo.
