I got Revenant liu kang just by playing ranked, after a match he just came up as unlocked.

There, listed every individual skin unlock, let me know if I missed anything.
I'm unsure about these I guess "Cold war" skins from Sonya, Sub-zero and Kano at the moment.
I assume they are part of a skin pack? but they are not listen in the Kombat Pack.
I'll update with DLC skin info once it is actually listed in the game itself everytime.

Okay, I tried to clean up the main post a bit to make it more readable or easy on the eyes if you will.
Let me know if it's better this way.

I also included the (vague as I'm hearing a lot of mixed reports) PvP unlocks for Revenant Liu Kang and Kung Lao, hence the 3 ???'s

I also believe the Revenant Kitana skin is Unlocked in 15 or 20 wins in Survivor though I can't confirm it yet so leaving that one blank for now until someone else or myself can confirm this.

Okay, for some reason I keep getting my ass kicked between 10 and 15 matches in the Survivor Tower.
It's annoying cause if there were regular health bars I would have already knocked off half their HP if not more with my first 2 combo's, but it appears the health bars are 200% instead of 100%
And when I get them below ~50% of their bar I get my ass handed to me somehow.
Doing 30-45% combo's and I only see like 25% of their entire HP bar drop pffft

I am having the worst luck with the skins. I don't think anything from the mobile is working/available yet. I beat the premier tower with Goro. And The dark Empress did not unlock like I've read it is supposed to. Is anyone else having these problems? And does anybody know if the Miami Johnny Cage or the Farmer Jack's work yet

Dark Empress appears to be unlocking on any living tower really, not a specific one.
It unlocked for me after completing 10 towers exactly.
So far I've heard that everyone who did at least 10 living towers unlocked Dark Empress Kitana.
Have not heard of anyone needing to do more than that.
And it's been confirmed multiple times she does drop at living towers.

For Kahnum Mileena, it's only 20 straight games in Endless Tower not 20 wins. I got to the 20th match and lost but still got Kahnum Mileena.
