I'll hold out and see how impactful that Quan nerf is but it sounds pretty major. No more guaranteed bats from a bat on hit? Kinda lame in all honestly, made his zoning really fluid and rewarding, sure it was insanely strong but that's on the defender to deal with, it doesn't go forever, good reaction and timing gets you through it. I'm now worried we'll just be getting a hit confirm into rune and then fishing for ex runes to setup another bat, all depends on how long this cooldown change is I suppose.

That sub nerf is also a bit lame, and I say lame because I don't think it is exciting to see or late enough in the game to deem it warranted. Again the actual implication of it I'm not quite clear on. So if it just disappears on it's own we won't be able to instantly summon another one? Is that it? Again, it's manageable, it just makes what is otherwise kind of a dull game right now even more dull.

  • Fixed several characters being able to attack on the first frame of a jump.
Does this effect KJ? I know when I was playing Ancestral(yes I feel it important to note that) I could instant jump punch into a string for some pretty good pressure. I always thought it seemed pretty dumb, hope that fixes that type of jump in pressure, although it was pretty fun and fluid.
 
They still have to get around your clone to make you block something. Nut up dude jesus
play some more games with it, or most of the cast its a free jump in on reaction that u must block

otherwise anyone with disjointed hitboxes on normals or far reaching specials like kung jins staff swing can get out of the pressure for free and just ignore the clone

Hello. As you might already know, Mortal Kombat X is receiving a patch today that brings adjustments to the base game and characters themselves. The issue I have is that the PC version has yet to get the complete version of the console patch that launched a while ago. While new content was pushed through, a few game fixes and properties weren't implemented as they were for consoles. Now with a further revision being released, you can imagine how problematic this can be for a number of users who wish to play on the most recent revision of the game.

Any response is appreciated. Thank you.

The PC version will be receiving these updates in the future, but we do not have a solidified timeline as to when they will be released to the community. WB will make an official announcement once more information is available.

MK1 is the best MK period.
Wish kung Lao can Tele grab and meter Burn the throw from Tele instead of having to burn meter on Tele to get to that point. Isn't like Tele 1 is broken it's super punishable it's just spending two battle is a bit much.

Yes. You cant do it during the first ten frames of block stun. Regulars, for whatever reason, were left alone. Which means regular interactables can still blowup safe string by ignoring blockstun if there is a big enough gap
 
I feel like they were just trying to fix the glitch and ended up nerfing grandmaster way too hard. Hopefully they'll change it back soon.
 
Why must every patch be 4gb in size? If this is in addition to the existing size of the game and not overwriting some files, everyone's game system hard drive will fill up by the end of the year for only MKX.

It isn't. This patch was only 1gb. Each update adds to the total size of the file that it shows is "downloading".
