You didn't look hard enough probably, and you likely practice with full meter so you wouldn't notice how quickly it refills.

Its not that hard to look for really. If you test this variation you had to of done the air blast in the air.
I usually practice without full meter, I leave set to 1 and normal. Never seen this.
I used spectral in matches too against people and never seen this. But this was in the first couple of days, which is why I think it snuck in during a patch...
