When do PC users can expect more info on PC version?

But why does it matter?
Well you answered your own question:
MK9 PC port was amazing! Except for the MP, if they mess up MP this time... no one will buy it on PC. I only worry about MP part of it.
I think Multiplayer/Online is obviously the most important thing to any MK constumer who prefer fighting human opponents instead of AI..

Both of my local Gamestops told me you can't pre-order it for PC yet and that we can't get the Goro exclusive.
I guess Goro pre-order will only be available on Steam store.

Please do link me the source where Boon or Paulo says that MK X on PC is developed in house. Coz im calling bullshit on your statements.

Last time Boon said anything about it from what i recall he stated clearly that only X1 and PS4 version is developed in house.

On top of that NRS didn't release any game for PC in last hmm 8 years or so. Last one being MK 4 as Midway. Another thing MK9 on PC was patched quite recently AFTER MORE THEN AN YEAR of its release by HVS. That would make no sense if they didn't get MK X contract for PC. Not to mention they also did Injustice for PC.

Unless NRS / Boon or Paulo clearly say that they're handling PC version in house it's more then likely that HVS is actually doing that version of the game, which indirectly would be a port.
@Juggs even though I think these guys have no interest in hearing the truth, could you confirm what Pako told us?

Well I just linked to the Amazon pre-order page that says right there that you get Goro, so you can either believe GameStop or Amazon.

I found a video from E3 where Boon mentions, very carefully, that NRS is working on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game.

Seems like PC is going to be lumped with the 360 and PS3 versions, developed by a separate team. Hopefully they are good at what they do and the game turns out alright. It'll be a shame if they cap its assets at a level 360 or PS3 can do.

Highly unlikely, even Injustice PC was the same as PS4 version (ported by the same company). My money like i said before is on HVS doing PC version yet again.

Considering the info available, it seems highly likely. If anybody has info that says otherwise, it'd be interesting to look at. But, as it stands, NRS is doing Xbox One and PS4, something called Showtime Studios is doing 360, PS3 and PC. The closest thing to actual info I've found is Boon being careful to say they are only working on Xbox One and PS4 versions.

There is no other info atm about PC version, just speculation. But whatever company is doing PC version there is no way they would do past gen "port" it would be a gigantic flop so yea it's only logic to assume that's gonna be the same as PS4 / X1. Thou time will tell.

Quite high, which is almost 100% now that's a PS4/X1 version.

Your mothers main.
Thanks for posting specs, I am pretty confident I will be able to run @60 fps on 720p. A constant 60fps on 1080p with all the eye candy turned on might be tough but I bet it will look sweet.

I would probably recommend waiting for PC reviews before preordering the game, not that I don't trust NRS but it is morally irresponsible to preorder a game in light of all the triple A titles that have been plagued with terrible networking problems. If Ubisoft couldnt get AC Unity right, and 343i couldn't even get MCC right from launch TO THIS VERY DAY you owe it to yourself to wait for reviews especially since MK9's netcode was terrible and Injustice was not that great on PC, so wait to see if NRS actually commits to PC before spending that hard earned money.

I already pre-ordered the game from GMG weeks ago on a sale, and now that the game is up on Steam and Goro comes with pre-purchase, then looks like I'm getting Goro as well. WOOT!

Netcode was exactly the same as on consoles. Both games netcode on all editions was pretty bad, not really exclusive for PC.

Hmm so the game comes out on April 14th, we play it for a couple of months, Steam Summer Sale comes along, we get a nice deal on the DLC pack, and we buy it.

Good business.

PC Master Race FTW.

I'm glad there's finally some info! Last I saw there was nothing on Steam and just all the references to Showtime.

These specs don't say enough though, unfortunately.

If you had the recommended specs for Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection, then you can play MKX.

Wait, what? Althou i see NRS/WB on Steam page there is no actual info about it. So lets wait until it's confirmed. And you can count on my apology then. That actually would be a great news for PC players if its gonna be true.
I was going by the fact that HVS is listed as a developer on MK9 and Injustice, but not MKX :). I was starting to second guess what Pako told us, though, after reading the info talking about Showtime Studios. Fingers crossed!

my current specs are:
Intel® Core™ i5-3570k OC @ 4.2 GHz
GIGABYTE GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5 rev 2.0
8GB DDR3 @ 1600 MHz

Everything looks quite good, but im not sure about my CPU, I wonder if I will be able to max it out for constant 60fps

Just listen from like 6:05 and it's from today he's explicity say that NRS is doing only X1/PS4 not even a word on PC. Which is pretty sad. :/ So now you do what you wanted from me.... :)

So it's still the same thing they've been saying since E3. They are doing X1/PS4. They don't mention PC.

Really hoping for some solid info on the PC version. If the video on Steam ends up looking nothing like the game on there I'll be mildly annoyed.

lol I'm not apologizing yet (and if anyone should be, it's Pako); why is there "no comment" on the port company when they've been announced already? Whotf is Brian Goodman? WTF is GotGame? Why did the interviewer struggle to cross his arms? So many questions.
