I play with a good Ares regularly offline, @4x4lo8o. The character is total ass. he can't do shit. as soon as you knock him down he has zero options, except to block. If he tries to wakeup he gets punished without thinking.

Bane just doesn't scare me at all either. I don't care who is playing him.

I would also say cyborg needs some buffs too. if his stand 1 hit mid he'd be hella fun lol.

If you look at match ups Ares is about as bad as any of those characters.

I'm not saying Ares is the worst or needs buffs more than any of them, but if you buff those characters Ares definitely needs it too

On the characters it's most definitely Lobo, and some improvements to Ares, Shazam and Joker would be good. Lex could need some faster startup, however I think it's very easy to overdue it on Lex, he has a lot of options, only issue is they are slow as hell.

On the overall balance I would like to see a SLIGHT walk speed buff across the bord. I do not want to see increased spacing at the beginning of the match, that would favor some characters much more than others (people who have to play keep away like Raven will massively benefit).

Only other think I would love to see is both players starting with one bar of meter, that would massively increase the options starting the match and make it more exiting!

this isn't about whose bad, this is about who needs it most. Ares has a few good matchups. The end.

Edit: You can toss the hot potato around between Lobo, Joker, and Ares all you want. Maybe even throw Lex in there if you're feeling saucy. But at the end of the day, Shazam needs it most. His trait is useless, he beats no one (who's ever fought him before), he's unsafe, low damaging, and has shit range. You fix him, shit tier vanishes.

If they add a Universal walk speed buff to this game I will actually play it and take it seriously (not that that really means much). In my honest opinion this game has a lot to offer, but the game-play gets stale and can be pretty boring.

If they kicked the pace up a notch it would make the game more appealing, competitively and casually.

its sounds like one character will get extra special treatment... which to me is fine and i would probably say lobo as well... im a little surprised that people want multiple characters moved up in the tier list.. variety is fun and winning with lower tier characters can also be fun... im maining zatanna right now and she's really fun but She has a ton of weaknesses, but i say let her be... and ive seen some people work wonders with characters that are considered crap... it would be boring if all the characters were basically equal, in my opinion :/

i'll have to scream SHAZAM!!!
in all serious i feel he is the character who needs the most work. he feels almost incomplete next to most of the cast if you think about his strings, damage output, unsafe moves, awkward trait and having the worst teleport in the game i feel he is in the most need of help.
