Missing DLC in Xbox One BC

I'm now playing Injustice via Xbox One BC, but for some reason the Ame-Comi skins are missing. Everything else carried over except for those costumes for some reason. They're not even in the store anything. Is anyone else having this issue? Did they get removed for some reason?

I have the ultimate edition on PS4 and I'm missing a bunch of skins too. Never figured out how to fix that problem. Hope you can though.

There's always the chance its a licensing issue (ie: they aren't allowed to sell them anymore for some reason) but I'd wager someone on the marketplace staff dropped the ball and missed a dlc pack. Lodge a formal service ticket (with WB, with Microsoft, with whoever) so they know about it.

Mines won't register with IGUA. It's weird. Didn't have that problem on last Gen.
