So they released the Lockdown Skin Pack for PS3 this week, I downloaded it and it doesn't even show up at all. Downloaded and installed it numerous times from the PSN screen and the game screen. Tried both regular & ultimate (which I own) edition from the PSN store, nothing. And I think I may be the only one with this problem.
