Question Version 1.05 Super Breath +1 or 0?

So I was looking through Superman's frame data. In the 1.05 patch, the super breath was supposed to be changed to 0 on block. The in game frame data still says it's +1. So either NRS didn't really change super breath or they forgot to fix the frame data. Can anyone confirm if super breath is +1 or 0 on block?

It is 0 on block Blackula, the big difference is that it pushes you back way more. So if someone tries to counterpoke, they can still get blown up like before.

NRS did not fix the frame data. There is still a lot of frame data that is not correct in the game

A lot of errors in the frame data remain. Supes's super is still listed as 38%(is 34% in game) Zods says 35%(is 37%) Zod charge is more like 14f startup and not 19, his bf3 is probably -2 and not -1 and I could go on for a bit.
