2.) Kung Lao (no losing match ups, best anti air, best jump attacks, etc.)

I think Quan Chi is WAY too high on that list. His mixups aren't as bad to block as they originally were, and they're mostly unsafe when you do unless you spend a meter. There are too many good characters that have tons of mixups within single strings (Erron, Jax, Sonya for example) that are way safer, and don't suffer from his lack of decent pokes/armor.

So Sub is no longer God S++++ Tier? He dropped from there to bottom 5 somehow? Now I'm pretty much lost. Nice list.

I would think Liu Kang would be up a little higher post patch, not much but I'd put him at 17, JC at 16 and Kano at 20 with Mileena at 18 and Kitana at 19 course IMO

I'm assuming all variations are combined for one rating, so Unbreakable and Cryomancer hold him back. Grandmaster is obviously higher than that position. Same deal with Liu Kang at 18, considering his Flame Fist variation.

Personally i'd put liu way higher. If somebody like curbo puts time into flame fist he could be fucking scary.
60% meterless combos in the corner which with decent execution could pretty much be considered BNB's

Crazy chip, safe on everything, one of the best zoners in the game, probably highest damage combos, completely stuffs just about any wakeup in the game.

Time will tell, there is ways around his stuff but i think he'll be top 10 in the right hands.
