MKX AI - how good is it ?

The AI in MK9 was very bad. I never played IGAU but I heard that its AI read the human player's inputs. If that's true then that's terrible. What about MKX's AI ? Is it any good or at least better than MK9's? So far I've only played the game at a friend's house so haven't had the time to check it out.

Medium bots get stuffed for free by mashing.
Very hard ones are pretty close to classical "perfect play AI".

So, the Very Hard AI is practically you beating yourself.

The instant you press down, you press overhead for the CPU.
The instant you lift your finger from down, instant slide/low starter/etc.

If you try to poke him with d1,d3,d4, he pokes you right back.

If you jump, he jumpkicks you instantly.

After you get hit, insta 30-40% combo.

Try it, it's fun.
The only way to beat it is the same you did in IGAU. You do constant frame traps until the CPU explodes and you get a hit. Otherwise, poke non stop.

The AI reads your button inputs perfectly on Very Hard.
On Hard though, it actually seems pretty great if you ask me.
They do combo's, they block properly, it's good training if you ask me.

If Hard is usable that's good for me. I haven't got the game yet but whenever I do online play will remain out of my reach not just because I'll get it on PC but my connection isn't great anyway. I only get one multiplayer session with friends per week so I'll need something to keep me entertained at home.
