Ice clone is a 2 frame special...that's about as instant as you can get. This didn't need a new thread.

i meant you recover instantly,as in no - frames after the clone.

Ice clone really doesn't need a buff. It's one of the best moves in the game as it is already. Sub can do with an improvement in slide properties as well as EX freeze.

That'd be sick... or enhanced clone neutralizes armor moves. Meaning they still get caught! trololol
