Push B a moment later than laser appears on hit, then it won't come out on block.

I ask this, because as I sit here, Cutthroat B12xxEX Blade Slice comes out on hit, but B121 comes out on block.

Well, such kind of OS doesn't depend on special, and you can start it with f4,112, b31, f21 (CT), didn't test others, and some of them can be just hitconfirmed.

If you get no laser on hit then you should press B later, if you do laser on block then you should do it earlier. Pick the moment right after when the laser begins on hit.
