ECT5 - Injustice: Gods Among Us Pools & Mortal Kombat Entrants Listed

This weekend, come one, come all to the Hyatt in Morristown, New Jersey where players from all over the world will be joining to compete for 1st place in multiple games including Injustice: Gods Among Us and Mortal Kombat 9. Injustice has far more entrants than Mortal Kombat 9 and with Injustice being added to the official Evolution 2013 line-up you can expect even more folks to join to level up.

Below are the pools for Injustice: Gods Among Us with around 120 entrants, not including what is taken at the door (late registrants). Since the Mortal Kombat numbers are far less, Mortal Kombat has officially become a side-tournament.

These people need to realize, that there's a large portion of this community who are still supporting MK9 as their main game. These same people are signing up for IGAU for shits n giggles. I spoke to atleast half a dozen people at last EGP who signed up for IGAU without giving two turds, and were there primarily to play MK9. So if these same people who have turned their backs on MK want to ensure that their IGAU scene remains strong through 2013, it would be in their best interest to support MK even if they no longer train for it.

For myself personally, I'll travel out of state for MK, but I'm not traversing beyond an hour away for an IGAU tourney.
