Hey everyone -- so we're set for what should be one of the most exciting Mortal Kombat X tournaments of this year. For the first time, representatives from all corners of North America are coming together to test their might against each other in single city.

As with UFGT in 2013, there should be plenty of stories to tell based on what happens here -- it's an event viewers and fans definitely won't want to miss. So in order to help everyone keep up with what's happening (and there's a lot of it) here's a quick guide to the weekend's streamed activities:

(All times CDT)

FRIDAY
7-11 PM
: Pools D1-D4, E1-E4 (http://twitch.tv/teamsp00ky)

SATURDAY
10-12 AM:
Pools G1-G4 (http://twitch.tv/teamsp00ky)
6 PM: Top 32->16, 2nd half (http://twitch.tv/bgcallisto)
10 PM: Auction tournament (http://twitch.tv/teamsp00ky)

SUNDAY
1 PM:
Top 16->8 (http://twitch.tv/bgcallisto)
7:30 PM: Top 8 (http://twitch.tv/teamsp00ky)

For information about other games/streams, see the full schedule here:

In addition to the scheduled activities, be sure to follow Justin Wong's stream (http://twitch.tv/eg_jwong), where our friend Arturo will be streaming some after hours action -- including the EC vs. Yomi/team tournament 5v5 exhibition. Art expects to be streaming Friday and Saturday nights, around midnight after the other streams close -- so stay tuned to his Twitter (http://twitter.com/nycfurby) for more information.

Also be on the lookout for a pumped-up Ghost Battle Series in Chicago tonight (Thursday), featuring a bunch of the visiting special guests. (http://www.twitch.tv/gallopingghostarcade)

Here's looking forward to an exciting weekend -- best of luck to everyone!

I love auction tournaments, reminds me of UFGT. Definitely gonna tune in for that and since it's Spooky I can rely on him to hopefully get some good crowd shots of the actual auction happening, that provides so many laughs and awesome moments. I remember at UFGT there were people with like 100 bucks on a character, and not even top tier ones sometimes. It was awesome, also seeing the low tier or obscure characters get bought for next to nothing and seeing their run through the tournament makes for some exciting stuff.

It's going to be super awkward when no one bids for Kenshi. I think Pig might personally donate money for someone else to pick him.

Also, front page please so that I can easily find this thread during the weekend as I take bookmarking very seriously and feel something has to be extra worthy for me to do it (I'm OCD like that).

I'm gonna make this skill gap... disappear.
Damn... the Saturday MKX streaming is a little lacking. Only one set of pools at 10AM then nothing until 6PM for top 32-top 16? That's a bummer.

Looking forward to Combo Breaker, the UK MK event, and the ESL MKX ProLeague Week 4 preliminary rounds this weekend.

Should be some brand new faces on Wednesday with the top names competing at CB. Looking forward to it.
