Best patch version of each character

Mortal Kombat X has been patched numerous times since launch. Almost every character has been buffed/nerfed, sometimes for the best, sometimes for the worst.

What do you think is the best iteration of the cast from launch until now? You can rate variations or not.

My opinion:
Kung Lao (Tempest): 5/14/15 to 6/23/15

-ex hat shield was over +20 on block
-hat shield combos didnt scale as much
-had meter gain glitch on wake up hat or teleport

Kung Lao (Buzzsaw) 8/31/15 to current
-numerous damage buffs on hat projectiles

Quan Chi (Summoner): either launch to 5/14/15 or 8/31/15 to 9/1/15
launch day quan: no cool down on bat
8/31/15 quan chi: 6 frame d1 was -7 on block +6 on hit

Quan Chi (Sorcerer): 8/31/15 to 9/1/15
-double spells are still in effect
-super good d1 (see above)
-armor bug fixed

Liu Kang (Dragon Fire): either launch until 4/21/15 or 6/23/15 to 8/31/15
launch day liu kang: flying kick mb infinite
6/23/15 to 8/31/15 liu: fixed hitboxes and f213 dash cancel block infinite still intact

Shinnok (all variations): 6/23/15 to 7/2/15
-gains overhead and mb hellsparks
-mb hellsparks were +24 on block
-hitbox fixes
-major bone shaper buffs until end of august nerf

Cassie (Hollywood): launch until 5/14
-cancellable assault force string
-instant air gun catches crouch blockers

Kano (Cybernetic): launch until whenever b1 was nerfed

Kano (Cut throat): 8/31/15 to 9/1/15
-faster startup on ex fist bump without the damage nerf or damage to itself

more to come later.

It would be nice if NRS can let us pick any iteration of the characters in a future patch like ultra street fighter 4.

- 214 reps
- More damage
Vanilla Bojutsu Kung Jin
- 11 was neutral on block in combination with his other safest options he would easely bait reactions to "NJP Mothafuckah all day!"
- safe meterless cartwheel
- insane meterless damage
- F24 was much safer

Vanilla Outlaw Erron Black
- Thick throws for days

Vanilla Grandmaster Sub
- Ask Tom Brady

Vanilla Pyromancer, Kobujutsu e Naginata Tanya
Invincibility frame on teleports were everything
- able to start a blockstring out of an air teleport
- Little to none recovery on teles, run free among the stage
Angola wrote down a Tanya album named "Super Sayajin Tanya" lol

Sorcerer Quan before patch when he had permanent increased chip/double spell circles

Jason - A toss-up, really. Him getting a true mid command grab from the most recent patch really helped him a lot. However, the change to Damned was a pretty big "nerf" (if you can even call it that. Damned technically wasn't functioning as intended, but it worked better then compared to now and made more sense).

Tremor - His current version as of now is definitely his best version. His s2 getting changed from a mid to a high kinda sucked, but when thinking about it, it used to whiff like it was a high even then, so meh. All the other changes helped him, so yeah...

Kitana is a hard one. In the most recent patch she got a few much needed fixes, but they nerfed her damage. I'm just gonna say now, because she's very fluid now.

That was never guaranteed... You could literally jump out of it on hit or block.

Erron Black was best before they nerfed the command grab Frame data on hit.

That doesn't change the fact of how good it was. Most regular command grabs are jump-able. Of course it wasn't a guaranteed command grab but the fact that it was "meaty" made it so good. It's like having sun god kotal kahn being able to get b1 on hit cancelled into command grab and still get the meaty grab(b1xxcommand grab is a tick throw on block also). That'd be ridiculous. That's exactly what erron had.

- Greater damaging combos
- WGC combos all have an extra frame to execute
- WGC block pressure all have an extra 3 frames of advantage
- F112 ~ ovi always combos regardless of the gravity of the combo meaning greater damage and greater corner carry
