1,2,b+3 > qcb+3~3 Meaty safe divekick setup. Can't get wakeup attacks to work against it so probably forced to block or get hit by it. (at least -5 or under on block.)
Not sure how much potential her divekick has but this is all I've found. Closer you aim to their feet the less unsafe it is like any other divekick.
