b3, u3 and standing 3 skull

Found something interesting. If the opponent is crouching, even on small hitbox characters, b3 and standing 3 skull will connect; skull recovers on block very quickly. Very good block string imo. I'm sure a lot of you have accidentally hit someone with standing 3 as well, being able to hit crouched opponents with it is very useful. U3~skull can also make U3 relatively safe.

It seems that you're still able to neutral crouch the fireball, though not on reaction, So it's probably best used sparingly. And Oh yes to the accidental standing 3s, they suck.

Well, you can neutral crouch the skulls if you're simply neutral crouching the skulls; however if you're hit by those 3 and then hit by a skull it'll connect! Everything else whiffs the skulls high, except for those 3!

Depending on how safe skulls are, I'm wondering about mix-ups between B3 skull and B3 1+2, following the same idea of when Kitana ends F41 with cutter. If the cutter is read, duck and punish, but if you misread you get hit by the overhead into 30%+

Too bad with the way the trainer works, testing stuff with B3 1+2 is hard because the dummy won't fuzzy guard.
