Stagger your strings. If people are holding block and respecting your offense then you need to use that to your advantage. F4 into another F4.F3 into throw. Options are endless pretty much when your opponent is just going to hold block.

In DS I was doing this mid screen: b13, b24~db1 amp, 21~bd3. You can replace the 21~bd3 with just an uppercut for more damage

Shadow tackle is extremely weak right now, but his real big issue is that all of his launching strings start with highs and no one is going to be blocking Noob high anyways. I agree that his damage and combo-ability are not issues whatsoever. It's fun to use sickle slam, but definitely not...

@Hitoshura we need something for tournament variation combos only. It is really going to get tiresome having to sift through info with people posting non-legit combos. Should just be a standard variation section and then I guess a swag combo thread where anything goes for people who care about...

Yeah it's so annoying you need to select them from presets in the customization menu...How the hell are the tournament/ranked variations not the presets??? I found out after labbing him a few hours last night and was scratching my head.

I am not sure if there is a point to swap the DB2 move into Kabal's set through gear. I am assuming stuff like that is going to be banned in ranked and competitive play and you will have to roll with the stock variations.

I miss the graphical style of mk9 a ton. A lot of the character models were poopy, but I loved the color palette.
