I disagree, both throws have the same damage, so unless the scaling is different it's gonna be the same damage with oh or low. First you have to get the three stacks, which really depends on how your opponent plays. 70% of a bar is hardly the dirtiest thing in the game.
Fuck no they were not, Ruthless and lackey are comfortable B tier. Now maybe they have jumped up, but they were NEVER A tier.
Up until now I would agree he was a solid mid tier across all variations. We really need to see how these changes affect F/T, and how all the other character changes reflect/interact with these new options. Then we can start labeling the tiersK...

Both worse than doing 2 dashes, teleport is ballbag in this game. divekick has alot of recovery.
Maybe so but you know what Im trying to say, this wasnt a stab at Lao, just saying Ferra Torr is not for everyone whether they are at the top or not.
