Breakthrough - Raiden Lawd raiden beta changes

never knew raiden had plus on block run cancels. Is it only b11 rc thats plus, please tell me all of them.
Considering you react perfectly just after perfoming LRC. having a margin of +2f is really tough. That's why some 8f seems to always go through your LRC sometimes.

I thought F4 was always plus if it hit late. Or is this that it no longer an be negative?
Someone stated that at max range, F4 was +0 on block. It was on a video of Ketchup and Mustard, it was probably Nivek.

Well good thing we now have a clear "blockstring" now. Furthermore it's easier to use than the others :).
Meterbuild is better for the 3 variations since f12b2 no longer has a gap in this beta, if we keep those changes.
 
alright ill just spill the beans. its a few frames slower startup but its now around +6 to 9 on block depending on where the active frames hit.. for example if you hit a max range f+4 against a crouch blocking opponent in the corner you get a free f+1,2 that they have to block
It also crushes lows from what I remember.

On block mid screen are u in range of b1 or b3 or b2?
 
So because of normal to normal 1frame gap isnt possible to true blockstring it right? 6+1=7 > 6
Gap for d1/d3s or armors...nice! I like it!
When you have the same frame advantage than the starter of your move, the opponent can duck or jump.
Ex : d3 of Raiden on hit => 6f advantage. f1 has 6f starter.
Why can we duck or armor this setup? It's because the move hits the 7th frame of the f1 move. That's why we need to have frame advantage superior to 1f of our starter move.
I still wonder why we have those frame datas of d3. It's like this move is here just to have a poke low, we can armor it on hit and sometimes punish it on block. It has all the default of d1 except being low, and doesn't have only one of the advantages of d1 xD

We have gap on d1 ? Didn't know that :confused:

Got a code last night and played mostly displacer with some side master of storms. F4 is awesome now to start pressure with from a distance, itll frame trap onto B11 from any distance. Meterbuild is pretty legit now too overall.

However I think instant air njp might have been nerfed to not hit below him as much. It still connects infront of him fine with things like 213 NJP but I would catch people with stray EX lightning balls, teleport in and do instant air NJP to confirmn but the NJP kept whiffing :/

Well..thats something..also he needs his old f12b2 x3 combo back.
Edit: it was 24f before...now?
Also his low crash is still around 10f?
He can still do f12b2 3x but it's pretty hard to land. I settle for f12b2 2x to d1 superman for 27% you can replace the d1 superman for 112 for 28% with more advantage on knockdown but I found d1 superman to be more consistent
