Regarding New GGPO MKX Netcode: Bold Statements from Top Players

NRS needs to let everyone test the beta not just a few who got lucky enough to get a code. A controlled enviroment will always give you better results.

Yeah those days are over. I got an evil ass smile when a guy did wake up roll 4 times in a round and realized that he would have gotten away with it at least once before the new netkode.

How does this netkode thing work. Could it be implemebted on pc too or its a PlayStation thing?

I would really love mk9 to be fixed even if its old

The new netcode won't be applied to the PC, I believe. The reason for this is because Kombat Pack 2 isn't coming out for the PC and the new netcode is part of it.

Then again, they might release an update for the PC version just to update the netcode. But I think pretty much all support for the PC is done now.

Cousin of my has the beta since the first day it came out and was really happy no lag only a little bit of "teleporting" but since the new update with the new characters lao, kano etc he has lag around 150-200 ping and before the patch those numbers were no problem, does anybody has the same problem we in the netherlands by the way
