@SonicFox5000 should pick up Triborg then, Sektor, and Smoke look like counterpicks for HQT.
Also about this, I think I would beat any Predator in the world with Sub. I think you Sub players don't know Predator as well as I do and don't understand the extent of his strengths and weaknesses

Tanya won't get nerfed that hard. Her other variations will probably be hella buffed.
Why Scorpion? Well just because I know its not just me, but most good players who use Scorpion seem to have extreme difficulty winning at very high level gameplay against quite a few characters. MIT did a great job with Ninjutsu and Inferno when the game was released. But still lost to SonicFox Erron Black. I try really hard to mix up and play mind games with all variations of Scorpion but still seem to never get passed the critical level of high end gameplay against other good players that use fighters like Erron Black, Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Kitana, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, Shinnok and Jacqui. It boggles my mind as to why WB would deliberately as it seems to me, make Scorpion's moves list so limited. So I guess I would I just like to see if a famous player like Sonic Fox who is given so much credit for his fighting intelligence to see if his mind strats and skill are really unmatched by maining Scorpion and winning a tournament with him like no one else has been able to do since MIT at game launch. So that in a way, that would put to rest the argument of its not the player its the character that wins. Just saying.
I main CT Kano too. Kano is actually a great character. That wouldn't be much a stretch for him to win with him lol
