the lag tactic of roll not be able to be punished is called "wifi" that not mileena's fault haha, it can be annoying to punish a whiffed one online though

Ball roll that has a stun? Damn, that is some seriously laggy matches lol. B12 is legit, but it has pushback. Only certain characters can deal with that offline, but the whole b12, b12 thing is bogus.

@1man3letters Is it still -5 for Rav/Ether? Wish they would update the frame data, its kinda a big deal to players learning those characters. Bad habits are hard to break once established. Thank you for the correction though tis a good thing to know.

Disagree that this makes things "more balanced". It's a rebalancing. There's a difference. Whether it's better is subjective and character dependent.

Dude, people have discussed it back and forth between posts. What more do you want? It's really, really good when the connection is good and it's pretty crappy when the connection with the two individuals isn't good.
