Tech - Kung Lao EX Dive kick +12 on block

I am not sure if this is new,so i post this thread just to inform me.After hitting the opponent low with the ex dive kick,even if it's -23 on block,you have free 11212 pressure and f2 without gaps.

The reversal is on with reptile's 6frame special.

Kinda unviable since you have to hit the opponent on their toenails, but let the KL haters hate.

Seriously though, yeah. I don't use it that often, but it doesn't hurt to have. Kinda risky since if you mess up your spacing you get blown up and spend a bar.

I know his jump ins have different properties than Sonya's, but there's no chance he can do a jump in punch and hitconfirm?

Confession: I have never played Lao for more than "Record AI" or "reversal" options in training.

But Sonya can jip into dive kick to be safe on the dive kick when it hits the ankle (but obviously risk being anti-aired for j1 instead)

Yes, it's true. This has been known. Easily forgotten though, for all the points already stated. Easy to mess up.

I've tried b4 and pulled it off once, but was so surprised I didn't follow through with pressure lol.

Best thing about EX DK is the chip for closing out rounds.
