It's near the police station where the Brotherhood is setup. I hope there's more than just that one; NV felt like it was missing something without subways to explore.
Oh nah I haven't found that one but I definitely found a Subway so there must be more than one. :D

Rank 1 gives you a 3x multiplier to XP whenever it procs. It can proc on kills, exploration, quests, hacking, lockpicking, building your settlement, etc. At rank 2, it does all of the above, except the multplier is 5x.

The lower your intelligence stat is, the higher chance it has to proc. It's a good perk to have, regardless of what your intelligence stat is.
Man I didn't realize how useful it was going to be, I should've gone for more luck. I need to dump like 3 more points into luck before I can get at it. I regret the decisions I've made.

My melee character has it. It's very very good and I'm not even save scumming to force it to proc.
I like experience gaining stuff but in FO3 getting experienced learner was dumb because the game capped at level 30 (20 w/0 BS). I felt it was just a waste of a perk but not since there's no cap in FO4, I should divert now and get it.

I should've spent the SPECIAL book point on luck and found the bobblehead but I'm stupid. IM JUST TUSDIP OK

So who here almost never uses the power armor? The way the game showers you with fusion cores, you can play the entire game without leaving it, but I almost never use it. Maybe it just feel like it's too restrictive, because I like to sprint, use vats, and sneak etc, I dunno.

EntropicByDesign

It's all so very confusing.
I used it on the opening mission and haven't touched it since.. I dislike it.

Well, I found a suit waaaayy up on a freeway that I put on and then jumped off with because it was cool.

Well you can do all those things in power armor. Actually if you get a stealth core on your chest piece, sneaking isn't that bad in power armor.
But I agree with you, I don't use it all too often either. Seems like there's really only 2 uses. Either you need it for a big boss encounter (which by then I forget I have it) or you're on reddit and you want to join the jerkfest and show how many power armors you have.

I just fought Slag in the foundry and on survival that shit was not easy, especially for a stealth character. should've used it then.

I like looking at them, but that's about it lol.

I haven't used it since that mission you first get it. Feels like too early in the game to get it, and I don't like how it works. Should have been "normal" armor just like it was in FO3.

You can do those things yeah, but sprinting and vats rapidly drain your cores, and sneaking just isnt as good as shadowed armor with multiple +1 agility pieces.

To give some folks an idea of how good Idiot Savant is: I'm only at like 16 hours into the game, haven't gone to Diamond City and I'm almost level 40. So, yeah...it's super good. Never pass it up.

What? How's that even possible? Lol! What level is your Intelligence? Mine is like an 8 so I figured not to even bother but maybe I'll try to get it now.

Tried to take out the mirelurk queen a few hours ago. Had a sniper and laser pistol specifically designed to do extra damage to mirelurks and a fully repaired power armor. Killed me in one swipe lol.

Is it possible to just get on top of the castle so she can't get to you? I was thinking about doing that and buying a few mini-nukes to just nuke the shit out of her.

WOW, did you save scum it? I had 3 int, and it was only at like level 38 that it triggered on a quest. Though that did shoot me up to like 40.

You gotta walk up like a boss, brass knuckles on the fist, in casual attire, and KO Punch that sumnabitch back to Fallout1.

Nah seriously though-

after getting humiliated a few times I was like "fuck this shit, I'll be back when I'm uber powerful" for round 2 lol.

Long range build? Mini nuke is probably the way to go. Maybe stealth boy and get the bonus with the sniper? Honestly she's kinda tough, I either stealth one shot her (Ninja is OP) or she see's me and wrecks me.
