Death Note might be my favorite ever lol. I have fairy tail in one of my queues, I just haven't gotten around to it. Should I prioritze this?

Fairy Tail is long, if you want really good that won't take too much time away from exploring: Black Lagoon is one of the more underrated gems in the genre. BTOOM as well, great experiences without the insanely long commitment of some shows.
I noticed I posted in that thread about my top 5 at the time lol. I actually have one or two changes to my favorites. I guess I'm going to start with either SAO or Fairy Tail. I've already gotten through the first episode of SAO so I might go there.
From my understanding there is a third SAO season, but it's not as good as season 1. Haven't seen the third and font plan on it after seeing how bad they did season 2. Well, season 2 wasn't terrible, but season 1 IS GODLIKE.
Yeah I have a hard time committing to shows when they are longer than the standard 20-40 episode unless they hold my interest well. Most recently for me that would include Hunter X Hunter or AoT...but those are only mangas atm and HxH is on Hiatus. I will definitely give fairy tail a try though because it seems to be highly recommended. Never heard of BTOOM!, but Black Lagoon had me interested too.
I heard season 2 was a pretty big departure from 1, but I'm down to try out both seasons just to see if they pique my own interests!

You should give D.Gray Man a try. 51 episodes, but it's done very well. Some fillers, but worth the watch.

Tbh, I hated Elfen Lied, the opening was amazing as was the first episode, but the characters and their motivations seemed so bland. Ask Espio about it lol
