Unrelated to the topic, but is anyone going to mention the fact that some were claiming Quan's B+2 charged overhead launcher would be completely unviable in high level play, yet we saw Michaelangelo use it many times in the SCR top 8 and I never once saw it blocked properly?

On topic - it's obvious Quan Chi needs another round of buffs.

It happens because the armor resets every 1.5 seconds (according to @michaelangelo on Yomi stream). So the system is tricked into thinking the combo is over every time the armor resets.
