Getting to choose the multiple hitting, forward moving spin in Tempest would be crazy. In some match ups it's worth switching to buzzsaw for.

@Korey Wilburn looks like the ppl agree, Quan would probably be the best.

I like Predator too with laser zoning, hard-to-blockables with mines and safer wakeups with Warrior.

I gotta think my boy Raiden takes this one. Master of Storms combined with Displacer alone would be a nightmare. You could instantly make traps that span the full stage without every putting yourself in danger. So on top of having lightning flying across the screen at all times, now add what Thunder God can already do. There would never be a moment where you had an opportunity to take your finger of the block button and I honestly don't see how you'd get an attack in.

If in MK11 you chose your starting Variation, but you could switch at any time, like with Stances in previous games. That'd be far better.

a hard question, but I can say that Cassie, Kano, Jax are really well done and all their variations are usefull in certain situations

1) Tempest spin proprieties (so you can do a regular spin afterwards) + Buzzsaw advancing spin, both of them combined
2) Buzzsaw low hat for 50/50s mixups + Tempest hat spin for pressure
3) Hat Trick hat'arang for 3/4 maybe full screen combo punish

I don't know about the best, but Kung Jin with the armored reversals/launchers and damage from Bojutsu; safe mixups, 50/50s, exceptional air control, and decent zoning with the chakram from Shaolin; vortex potential and the ability to utilize all 3 arrows (stun - trap, fire - damage, and vampiric - meter absorption) from Ancestral would be ridiculously fun to play as.

quan would be the best easilly S+++++++ tier,quan would fuck all 10-0...
also predator with HQT and hunter specials would have zoning and traps...absolute hell...
i imagine ferra/torr would be very good too with the best poke in game a projectile that nullifies other projectiles command grabs etc...
shinnok,jc,cassie,kano would also be pretty good...

Nearly everyone would be a royal pain but I'd jump ship when I ran into a Lao, Quan, D'Vorah, Sub, Cassie, or Sonya.
