2016 is fine by me, it gives my wallet some breathing room and it's not like I have as much free time as I did as a teen anyways.

I just hope the characters are worthwhile and not turds like Frost, Bo Rai Cho, or Li Mei.

how are you gonna post a shadowy picture with the words tomorrow on it just to announce that yeah there is a kombat pack coming but not till next year and no characters have been named. Most underwhelming shit ever. As soon as call of duty black ops 3 and battlefront come out this game is dead.

Oh stfu. The game will live well into 2016, sorry they're not rushing out shitty broken characters and actually taking time to make them complete and playable. Yeah it sucks they didn't announce who will be in the KP2, but that's Boon for you, he's a fucking troll.

Man, 2016, ok. But they said "BIG news". And now "KP2 is real, bye". Why they didn't say this on the latest stream?! Ed or NRS didn't say anything, we find all information from press-relises. А lot of people waiting for the announcement.

Exactly what aches said, it's ridiculous to build up all this hype for something we 100 percent already knew. Give us at least one character, jesus christ. And to the dedicated nrs cheerleaders spamming how spoiled the community is, get over yourself, we're not asking for much here.

Wow! Boon shouldn't have posted that image then if that's what is going to be hyped up!

I fully expect the first character by January, so mid-Winter. Fall is the only season skipped. If they follow this pattern then I hope a KP3 comes out similarly and ties it back to a Komplete Edition (like I first envisioned, this would be a story pack.

Well, they could still announce who they are because remember when Tyler said to pay attention to social media this week? Someone asked which one and he said facebook, twitter and YOUTUBE.

Whether or not I even care kinda depends on who the characters are. The silhouettes don't look very promising.

I would tend to believe that the people crying every thread for bo rai cho or lei mei or frost or some retarded guest like spawn or alien probably won't still be playing this game by 2016, so catering to people who want dumb things is probably a bad idea if you're going to wait.

Having to wait until 2016 is fine by me if the kontent they add really caters to the fans that stick with it. If they take the easy way out and just add the story NPC characters, it's really disheartening to think they would make us wait a year from the game's release to play 3 characters (+ 1 other) that were already programmed into the game at launch and charge us another $30 for.

What people wanted was a game not released as a beta with problems galore and a garbage netcode by 2015 standards. By 2016, SFV will be out...and guess what that game will have? A modern day netcode. Yeah...NRS is issuing continued support on a bad product that they rushed out the gate which effectively is going to cause people to largely abandon it anyways. NRS don't get it. They really don't.

If KP2 actually FIXES the netcode...that'd be great but knowing this company's history...I am highly dubious of that happening. I feel sorry for you guys that exclusively play this company's lackluster products. Nobody is deliberately trying to be an asshole but the majority of the FGC can indeed tell you that the grass is in fact greener on the other side. SF4, Skullgirls, KoF, KI, and Rising Thunder are ALL superior games in that aspect. That's 5 other stinking games. Soon to be 6 with SFV. Tekken will be out soon also which has a better netcode too. So...7...7 other fighting games which you can actually enjoy online. Why would you subject yourself to this continual bullshit by NRS when you have that many alternatives?

I'd rather play Rising Thunder which is a free god damn game which has a better netcode. That's pitiful that NRS can't even produce that. There's so much competition that're frankly better products out there...NRS isn't even trying to compete. That's the truth of the matter.
