There are zero time constraints on when it's acceptable to identify when things aren't working right. The run cancelling thing isn't really that great of an example of that; I understand.

Well, you can either accept the reality or not. Bug free games don't exist and "easy to find hard to fix" bugs are not exclusive to NRS, or fighters, or consoles, or even video games.
Most of the really obvious ones were fixed. So I guess it doesn't really serve any purpose to keep harping on them.
Don't worry, they'll find something else to complain about in that patch.
