What are the odds for characters like Jacqui and Kotal to get no DLC costumes? Can I get odds on them not getting costumes in a certain time frame (ie: 3 months or 6 months)?
What are the odds for no improvement to AAs?
What are the odds that the patch notes even mention online?

Only taking bets based on the upcoming patch for now.
No improvement to anti airs = 5:1

I'm okay with some nerfs to DF but don't touch FF anymore it's perfect where it's at, he's strong in this variation but not fucking stupid like DF.. some DF nerfs are imminent, but I swear if they nerf FF LK i'll be upset :'(

I like to play bad characters
I'll have to think about your posted odds.

However I'd be willing to wager all 50 that more top-tier /popular characters receive buffs while mid to low ones don't get much or anything that really matters for them.
