I can put you in contact with Justin Xavier, the guy that runs ED and VS Fighting.

I've also asked him to send me the direct recording of top 8 for a highlight video. I can always link you to the same file storage link he sends me if I have his permission to do so.

I admire Madzin's game since when I first watched him in ESL. Then when he went to US and was showcasing fundamentals whenever he was on stream it only confirmed that he is a very, very solid player. Congrats to him for winning a major.

i saw him use it in pools, tryna find it in stream archives but will they all only go to 28 mins regardless of their actual length

Sad that Tom doesn't believe in himself. He's a great contributor to the MK FG community....And he can still play his butt off....but he has very little confidence in himself.....and instead of his fans getting "I'm not gonna quit no matter what" Tom Brady....We get "I'm losing a lot so I'm no good" Tom Brady. Again.....sad.:(

I recorded all the Sub-Zero footage and am uploading it to YT right now. I'm finally glad to see another Sub-Zero that plays like me. He was up and coming back on ESL although there could have been lag. Now he's a monster.

Key things I noticed him doing others haven't quite warmed up to yet.
-EX Ice Burst to interrupt strings and combo/wall carry.
-Confirm from corner Klone Shatters/Toss when the opponent jumped.
-Corner carry, optimal damage, most frame advantage combo ender with F12xxKlone. (Btw Madzin you can add one more JIP on some of the combos)
-Corner carry using 112 when about jump distance away from corner.
-F33 for mid, low, mid string.
-Strong use of 12 string for the low attack and distance which at times led into the Klone shatter combo.
-Standing 1 / crouching 1 to punish teleports. (It combos into freeze for more damage. 1/D1, 11xxIceball, NJP, JIP, RUN, 1, RUN, 123xxSlide) Standing 1 is also good against jump in attacks and jump over attacks.
-B2 into RUN into F42xxklone when opponent is about jump distance from corner. (Much better than B2, RUN, F42xxSlide and leads into the touching Klone corner combo.)

Madzin punished everything he needed to punish, especially that teleport with standing 1, he was composed and simply knew what to do. Well deserved win indeed.

Those guys and the other uber l33t commentators can't be at every single tournament, and that means other guys are going to have to get used to doing commentary

How do you get better at commentary? You do commentary, a lot. Of course there will be bumps in the road
