Any news on possible updates to online stability?

So there are possibilities of new dlc, but was there any talk about possible interface and online updates? I'm sorry for posting this, but this seems to be a good source on mkx news and updates. Just curious because idk if it's happening to you guys, but my main menu tends to freeze up for several minutes before I can select anything. It's almost as if the menu is still loading maybe? It's been happening since the last update. Also nrs online is still nrs online.

Should've included: I am on the xbone.

i have PS4 and im getting XB1 soon.... i don't have this problem on PS4 but the online is as you said!

i heard PC is at a level that consoles can't touch in sheer shiting coding problems

The last thing NRS ever said about the netcode was basically "Use wired connection bro" which means they aren't gonna make an effort to fix it anymore.

damn straight, not to deter you from trying to reach out... but im lost for ideas on how to make a company improve bandwidth limits/netcode/ ie online experience when they don't want or need to, because simply they made enough money to satisfy their contracts.

but they may fix the XB1 main screen loading issue, but i doubt they will fix Online!

MK vs DC/MK9/IGAU shows us this won't happen!

Until then, they could make the GOAT fighting game in MK11/Inj2 and I wouldn't buy it.

the problem with that is MK is unique, and you won't find another one, at least in my mind i won't.

not buying their product will not stop them from making millions+. even in the entire TYM, MKu,MKo,MKK and all the rest quit playing and buying NRS/WB games, which we all know WB games is the problem and that means their games as well:

obviously this will not happen, and even if it does, it will not impact them whatso ever... because we are not many in terms of sheer numbers!

The solution is not to ignore it, like i have said before, i have no clue what to do, but something needs to be done, and i am down for anything at this point.

I have this problem as well as many other people where. I connect to online for 30 minutes then can't connect to anyone most of the time because it acts as if my Internet is set to nat strict. And my Internet isn't bad!

This is a problem that deeply needs to be fixed. I wanna learn match ups and get better but all I can do is play practice!

I've complained like 9 times today but I wanna play against my friends not random's after waiting 30 mins.

I really want this to be patched. If it doesn't then I think I'll have a short life span with mkx

Yes, it's XBONE exclusive. Get's worse with any and all added DLC. Since Tremor, my whole game freezes up, after freezing for every individual dlc that loads in. Since Tremor though, it freezes MKX 3 out of 5 times loading up the game. Next DLC, it will probably freeze the whole console.

yeah ive herd the horror that is MKX on XB1, but i played it on a friends XB1 (he is one of those lucky few) and i gotta say i like the controllers, and my DS4's are biting the dust and im sick of buying them... gotta say they did good with the dpad... and i like the triggers/bumpers and overall feel of them in my hands

I like the XBONE controller way better than my PS4 controller for MKX. Didn't think I would at first, was like... a fighting game on an XBOX controller, hell no! But turns out I was wrong.

This shit has been happening to me since Tremor came out as well. I've had to hard reset my XB1 like 4 times the past 3 days and all i've been playing is MKX.

Yes, the DLC loading on XB1 is horrible sometimes.

It'll constantly have freezes, and sometimes part of the DLC won't load. I have to keep restarting because it won't let you reinstall it sometimes. It's as frustrating as a limp dick Larry that won't take no for an answer!

I do like the XB1 controller though--I, as others, prefer it to the PS4 one. That's the only perk I see.

NRS is sounding more and more like a dirt bag company that's only interested in promoting dlc than helping it's community. Watch mk11 isn't going to have fatalities in vanilla. You'll have to buy them as dlc.

A few of my own comments:

- The PC version is excellent now; the last few patches have done wonders. There's still some minor bugs, but nothing game breaking. Online is still NRS Online though, regardless of platform. From what I've been reading though, and I can not say this with certainty, but I'm starting to wonder if the PC version is now more stable and playable than the Xbox One version, as I see more people complaining about it over the PC now.

- The only way to make your voice heard is to stop buying WBIE products and to encourage others to do the same. The bottom line is what matters, this is business. This is also not an instant solution, and will take years and may not result in a "fix," but you'll be saving your own money.

- I would not expect the "net code" to get "fixed" for this game. At this point, it likely will be what it will be, and as with past NRS games, offline is where it's at and online is for non-competative screwing around with buddies.

Wow, I'm not having any of these issues on my xbone. That screen of death began to happen then I closed the game. Nothing bad ever since. I didn't have Jason for an hour last week, and that was it.

Any news on possible updates to online stability?
