hey dont look our way! Quans fair! His defense is bum crumb. I think he could use a 6 or 7 frame move to help deal with pressure honestly. That small buff would make him viable in my opinion

Depends on the skill of the player, man. Quan's still high on the list, he could probably win a major, heck anyone top 10ish and above has a high chance of winning a majorIt's true. He'll never win a major againnot in this state
Quan can win, but he's too unstable. Having such bad defense in this game is a death sentence. Oftentimes Quan either kills you on the touch, or you just murder him when he gets sat on his ass.
Yeah, but that's the way Quan is and has always been. Has to play very defensive/risky, sort of in his own sense a high risk, high reward character. But that didn't stop many from using him and succeeding with him. To me, now that this patch is out, pretty much any sort of mid-high tier char can win anything because of what they have going for them and what they don't, but that's my opinion
