if you just wanted to go for full damage in boneshaper, what would be the best ender, also what is the highest damage he can get now 1 meter or meterless?

Hey since its +8 now on the beam does that mean we can include it in our combos?

Like b.3 into 112xx beam into more because we have advantage now?

Been using Bone Shaper a lot since the patch, yeah this is a VERY powerful variation now. The +8 restand technically gives you the same mixup that Impostor does and has the same drawbacks. (Aside from throw being guaranteed in Impostor and armourable in Bone Shaper).

The projectile is GODLIKE now too, recovers significantly faster which opens up for more unblockables.

It does become a vortex because the projectile ender leaves the opponent at +8 and they're in b3/f4 range. So how else do you define a vortex?
You are only at +8. You only have time to do the low. The overhead has 18f of start up. As a defender after the restand you can just block down for a moment then backdash/armor.

Just because it's not a guaranteed (NRS) 50/50, doesn't meant it's still not a vortex. Akuma in SF3 had a "reactable" Vortex and it was still a vortex.

Oh and btw if you dont hit the oppenent with f4 , but with 1 D2 you cant low poke him , try it the shits impossible, something with the option select

Yeah by fighting game definition it's still a vortex plus he could always opt for a grab which is a 50/50 of it's own.

I know we don't exactly use FGC terms well on here but it is a vortex, albeit a reactable one.

Bone shaper is easily top 10.... What are his bnbs ending in f22 vortex of his f4 and b3 :)?
allready posted this in the Shinnok combo thread, but here you go (you can find the notations there)
on the subject vortex, its not a vortex, often times the b,f1 leaves you out of range for the b3 and its also to slow, like its mentioned in here before. its still a great mixup situation after b,f1 after they finally respect your f4 afterwards.

Isn't it basically a vortex if you go for the guaranteed blocked f41d2 xx MB hell sparks(1 hit), run forward? From there you have enough frames to go for high/low with f4/b3.

The issue isn't whether or not every option is reactable (and IMO, 18 frames isn't), but rather that not every option is guaranteed. This is why the Scorpion forums don't classify Scorpion's post restand options as a vortex.

Why isn't Jax's Farm a playable stage?
I don't play Bone Shaper but I'm pretty sure it is a vortex if f4 is 8 frames or less, this means the f4 is guarenteed. The vortex then comes after the guaranteed f41 here are the two options.

low: f41xxDF2(ex), njp, ji2, f22 1+3xxBF1

Overhead: f41d2xxDB2(mb), ji2, f22 1+3xxBF1

I normally play imposter but I'm looking into his other variations so these combos may not be optimized or this might not even be a vortex. I hope this helps.
